At VML I am a lead developer as well as a pod lead. I currently have four employees directly under me. I lead the United Rentals project, which has about 14 developers currently. My day to day tasks include managing project workflow and assignments, developing the functionality for the e-commerce site, architecting and planning various aspects of the project and coordinating tasks based on client priorities.
